We are contacting you to advise that we are implementing some changes in the way we review and deliver your ATO correspondence.
 
There is a growing importance that you receive your ATO correspondence in a safe and effective way in accordance with your privacy requirements.
 
Further as the ATO are actively diverting or redirecting correspondence through their 'MyGov' application platforms, it can be increasingly difficult for you to know what action is required and attend to matters in an organised and time relevant way.
 
Our objective is to provide you with clarity and control over your ATO correspondence, whilst still maintaining our personal review of each document and understanding your affairs.
 
This new system will allow us to deliver ATO correspondence to you digitally and most importantly securely. However, because it looks different, we wanted to give you a heads up that it is not a scam.
 
The email layout has changed, and now an SMS will be sent to you with a security pin to enter to access the email link for added security.
 
Please make sure you let us know if you have a new mobile number or preferred email address so we can update our records.
 
We will be supplementing this new ATO approved system with a continuation of paper mail for a period of time to ensure that all parties are comfortable and have sufficient access. We are offering full support to help you access and have confidence that your important documents are reaching you.
 
If you prefer to opt-out of this new delivery system please let us know and we can continue to send by paper.
